EVERYONE has to have a card on file in order to book an appointment. A card on file is to avoid guest no-showing to scheduled appointments. As of February 4, 2020 there will be a 50% fee of your service total  charged if fail to cancel or reschedule 12 hours before your appointment. Your account WILL NOT be charged UNTIL you become a no-show. 

No Show= $25 deposit required in order to book any future appointments.

Absolutely not! The Groupon Voucher is a ONE TIME offer ONLY which is stated on the voucher page. If you have brought another Groupon after already using one you will still be charged FULL PRICE at the time of your appointment. Refunds are done through Groupon for anything you have purchased from them.

Arrive to your appointment with area properly cleansed. You can exfoliate gently the day before your appointment to make the experience a little easier for you.

Our schedule is ALWAYS full. If you do not arrive to your appointment on time you will be subject to a $10 late fee. Keep in mind you have a 10 minute grace period. Arriving anytime after the grace period, chances are you won't be seen.

Your hair HAVE to be the length of a grain of rice or have at least 2.5 weeks worth of hair growth.

We take cash, card, Cash App, Zelle, andddd Zenmo.

Yes, of course you are able to still receive a wax during this time. It is natural and nothing to be embarrassed about. It is required of you to wear a tampon during your appointment and come using proper hygiene.

Please do not steam during your monthly bleeding, if pregnant or if you have an IUD, steams have to be 10 minutes or less.

Be prepared for some DARK bleeding with your next cycle or two. This is your body releasing and healing!
